Like all our beef, our Tenderloins are dry aged, creating a one-of-a-kind taste that stands out from the rest. This cut feeds 6-8 people making it a great centerpiece for special meals. Can be cut into individual Filet Mignon, which are individually portioned steaks cut from the same muscle, or made whole in popular dishes like Beef Wellington.
