8-10 LBS / $3.82 PER SERVING. The Butcher’s Choice Box is a handpicked selection of the cuts our butcher’s love to prepare year round. You’ll enjoy pasture-raised essentials, plus one unique selection of our tastiest, seasonally appropriate favorites. Each box includes: 2 Dry Aged Steaks (either Ribeyes, Strips, or Delmonicos), 2 Sirloin Steaks, 2 Pork Chops, 1 lb of Dry Aged Ground Beef, 1 lb. of our House Bacon, and an add-on special cut selected by our butchers, like 2 lbs of Short Ribs and 1 lb of Kielbasa, or a Half Pork Butt and 2 lbs of Brats. Don’t worry, we’ll only send cuts that any cook can make in the kitchen — no smoker or special equipment necessary! HORMONE FREE NO ANTIBIOTICS PASTURE-RAISED.
