Like all of our beef, the Flank Steak is locally raised & dry-aged between 7-14 days, creating a concentrated beef flavor that you have to taste to believe. Make note of the large muscle fibers before cookings — as with all cuts, it's important to cut against the grain. Typical weight is between 0.75 to 2 lbs.
